Hello, I'm Olena!Welcome to inSoul - a private one-to-one massage and sugaring studio based in North Greenwich, London.
I’m an international massage therapist with over 13 years of experience, trained in Ukraine and certified in the UK. I specialise in deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, relaxation treatments and advanced body techniques, offering personalised treatments designed to relieve tension, reduce stress and support overall wellbeing.
My journey began in 2013 in Kyiv, Ukraine, where I trained and worked within a professional spa environment, developing a strong foundation in both therapeutic and relaxation-focused massage. Over the years, I’ve continued to expand my experience internationally, working across Sri Lanka, Dubai and London.
I spent two years at Horathapola Estate in Sri Lanka, where I refined my relaxation techniques and explored Ayurvedic-inspired treatments. Later, I worked in Dubai specialising in anti-cellulite massage, body contouring, lifting facial massage and professional sugaring treatments.
Today, from my private North Greenwich studio, I focus on deep tissue massage, office-related tension relief, pregnancy massage, facial massage and natural body sugaring treatments. I also hold UK diplomas in Swedish massage and pregnancy massage, ensuring treatments are thoughtfully adapted to each client’s individual needs.
My approach combines technical knowledge, intuitive touch and genuine care to create a calm, welcoming space where clients can fully relax, reconnect and feel restored.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable.
We completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
As a small independent business, appointment times are reserved especially for each client and last-minute cancellations can be difficult to fill. Thank you for your understanding and support.
If you are running late, please inform your practitioner as soon as possible. In some cases it may not be feasible to start the session late, and your appointment may be cancelled if we have not heard from you within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.
